Greenshaw Research School

Greenshaw High School is a designated Research School with ‘Greenshaw Research School’ being one of 33 schools across the country in the Research Schools Network. This network is funded by the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF), an independent charity dedicated to breaking the link between family income and educational achievement.

The Research Schools Network aims to work with schools across the country to improve the outcomes of pupils, and to help break the link between social and economic circumstances and educational attainment. Greenshaw Research School supports schools, MATS and local authorities across the London and the South East region with the aim of improving the quality of teaching and learning in the classroom.

Greenshaw Research School is led by senior staff at Greenshaw High School, which means that the teachers and pupils at the school benefit from the most up-to-date evidence on what is likely to improve the quality of teaching and learning and improve pupil attainment.

Greenshaw Research School’s website shares professional events, blog posts and resources including guidance reports. Teaching staff can receive the free monthly newsletter to stay updated on the latest research and how to apply it in a classroom:
