At Greenshaw, we aim to create a culture where every individual can feel safe, fostering a sense of belonging and is empowered to achieve their full potential. 

We have a vision to make sure representation and celebration of diversity is seen within and outside of the curriculum.

Here at Greenshaw, we strive to ensure that all members of our school community are valued and respected. Part of my role is to foster this through equitable treatment, celebrating the wide range of diverse identities within our staff and student body and being truly inclusive. I am committed to EDI as embracing our differences will make our school a place where everyone can be successful, flourish and thrive.

Being part of a team who promotes and celebrates our differences, I am dedicated to creating a safe space where students feel encouraged and empowered to embrace their individuality. I feel it is imperative that every staff and student should feel supported, represented and included.

Greenshaw is a diverse community with students and staff from all walks of life and unique experiences. It is important we cherish these differences in our bustling school community. I am committed to making Greenshaw a safe space where all members feel like they are seen, heard and valued.

I am passionate and committed to ensuring staff and students feel valued at Greenshaw and that they can bring their whole self to school. Having a sense of belonging can improve performance when everyone is included!
