We are very proud that the delicious lettuces, radishes and spring onions grown in our very own school organic kitchen garden are now being used as part of the salad bar in our school restaurant.

Catering Manager, Mr Radu, and his team have worked hard to make the kitchen garden a reality, and encourage us to eat more locally-grown, organic produce. 

This contribution to the salad bar is also a chance for us to learn more about the benefits of sustainable farming and healthy eating habits. We are proud that our school is doing something to look after our health and the environment, and we hope it inspires others to get involved in similar projects too.
