The Holiday Inn in Sutton was the venue for the Year 11 Prom 2016.

After working immensely hard in the lead up to their final GCSE examinations, our Year 11 cohort had the opportunity to celebrate what we hope will be great success this summer. The new venue offered a glamorous alternative to the school and the students attended in large numbers. The girls looked stunning in their high heels and beautiful dresses, while the boys looked equally stylish.

After a series of speeches, where Mr House and the house teams praised the hard work and effort of the year group, there was plenty of time for the students to socialise and strut their stuff on the dance floor. There was a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where students and staff socialised freely. The consensus amongst students appeared to be that the new venue was a great success and that everyone that attended had a great time.

We look forward to seeing our Year 11s back again at school in August for results day when we  will be celebrating outstanding GCSE results on August 25th.
