All new parents are issued with a parental Frog account. However, if you need to create an account, simply follow these steps:

To set up your Frog Parent account for the first time:

1. Click here to open the forgot password page. Choose the ‘Parent’ option when prompted.

2. You will be prompted to enter your email address (this must be the same email address you have previously supplied us with, and the same email address you have been receiving school communications with).

3. Check your email inbox for an email from Frog (you may need to check your Junk or Spam folder too)

4. Click the link within the email to see your username and choose a password. The screenshot below shows an example of how this will look.

Your username will be displayed in the blue box on the page.
